Delivery Timeline
Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days (within India) from the date of dispatch.
Express Shipping: Available in select cities (1-2 business days).
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or logistical delays.
You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

We currently ship across all major cities and pin codes in India.

Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Free on all orders above Rs.999
Orders below Rs.999: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on location.
Bulk/Corporate Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order volume, weight, and destination. These will be communicated during the order finalisation.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days from confirmation.
During high-demand periods (festivals, sales), processing may take slightly longer.
Undelivered or Returned Orders
If the delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, or the recipient is unavailable, the shipment may be returned to us.
In such cases, reshipping can be arranged, but additional charges may apply.
Damaged / Missing Items
In the rare case that your package arrives damaged, or if you’re missing any item from your order:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send photos of the damaged box/product and your order ID to: support@jeunedor.in
Our team will quickly assist you with a resolution — either a replacement, refund, or credit.
